The Siting Council approved a request by Iberdrola Renewables, Inc., (IBR) and Helix Wind Power Facility LLC (a wholly-owned subsidiary of IBR) authorizing an expansion of the facility and transfering the site certificate to Helix Wind Power Facility LLC.
